Visa Support 

In case you need visa support to visit your destination you can request visa support to by ticking the appropriate box (labelled “Visa support”) during booking. Please make sure that you have read and understand all information and conditions of visa support.
Conditions and prices for visa support vary according to the country of destination and on the country of citizenship. Price can also vary according to property booked as some accommodations provide free visa support for clients booked to stay with them. Please see more information on selected property pages.
In case of a package booking visa support is provided either by tour operator or by property included in that package.
At this time visa support to member the countries of the Schengen agreement as well as Russian visa support can be requested on our site.
For more information about visa requirements contact your local official representation (embassy, consular section) of the country you plan to visit. Usually you need to arrange visas beforehand, in your country of residence.
In case visa support is booked a deposit is charged after booking confirmation, the remaining 90% client pays on arrival to the property, if not indicated otherwise.

RUSSIAN VISAS

Tourist Visa
This visa is issued to tourists who have booked accomodation in Russia for non-business, reasons. A tourist visa is best when you know exactly where and how long you will be staying without diverting from your planned itinerary.
Officially, you must have confirmed accomodation or transit information for every night you will be in the country. 
NB. Booking Confirmation is NOT SUFFICIENT to apply for Russian visa. You must also have a Visa Support Invitation.
Single entry tourist visa support invitation costs usually costs a maximum of €30 per person for individuals, However the property can set it’s own conditions and prices, some properties offer a cheaper visa support or even free one, for clients booked to their property – please see on selected property minisite.
Price includes: visa support letter , registration , fax fees.
For groups from 10 persons - €15 per person.

In case visa support is booked a deposit is charged immediately after booking confirmation, the remaining 90% client pays on arrival to the property, if not indicated otherwise.

Ordering Visa Support 
During the booking please click on «Visa Support» box.  After that the property or the Central Booking Office will contact you by e-mail (e-mail that you have provided during the registration) and you will need to fill in and send by fax Visa Support & Credit Card Payment Forms.
The following information needed for getting a visa support:
- Full legal name (last, first, middle)
- Date of birth
- Citizenship
- Country where you will get your visa
- Passport number
- Sex
- Dates of entry/exit into/from Russia
- Cities you are going to visit in Russia
- E-mail address, phone & fax numbers
- Credit card data to pay for a visa support.

We (or booked property) send you your visa support invitation by fax.
You must not alter your visa support invitation in any way! We can send a copy of your invitation to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If there is a discrepancy you will not be issued a visa.
Visa Processing
You must process your own visa. To obtain your Russian visa, give the Russian consulate your original valid passport together with photocopies of both your passport and your approved visa support invitation, a completed consular questionnaire, three passport-size, photos and consular fees. Do not give your booking voucher to the conculate! Please contact the Russian consulate in your country for a consular questionnaire and information about consular fees.
Please note that issue of a visa support does not guarantee the provision of a visa by the Consulate.
Visa Registration and Common Problems
Registering Your Visa
You should register your visa within 3 working days after your arrival in Russia to avoid late registration fees. You do not need to register your visa is if you will be in the country less than 3 working days.
Leaving the Country With An…
Unregistered Visa
If you leave the country with an unregistered visa you may be fined by the Russian customs officials.
Expired Visa
You will not be allowed to leave the country with an expired visa. Russian customs officials will send you back to St. Petersburg and you will have to pay a fine to get an exit permit.
Many of the overnight trains from St.Petersburg and Moscow to the Baltics and to Europe cross the Russian border after midnight. Make sure your visa does not expire at midnight before you get to the bordre or you may have problems leaving the country.
